The Next Steps in your
Mortgage Application
Complete your online mortgage application
When you click on the “start my application” link below, you will be taken to our secure online application portal. This is going to be your go to place going forward for your application and our document collection.
When you fill out the application, please make sure that you enter as much information as possible about you, your employment, your assets etc. If there is a co-borrower, you can add them to the application too.
Before you hit submit, please make sure you tick off the CASL and Credit Consent Boxes.
After you you submit your file, you will be able to create a login to the portal – this is where you can upload all the requested documents.
Upload Documents
After you have submitted your application, you will be able to create a login to the portal, and you can then upload the requested documents. If you don’t have them right away, that is ok, just know that we can’t pre-approve you until we have them.
Review
We will get an alert confirming you have completed the application and can now get started on reviewing your file. We go through all your information and documents thoroughly and when we know how much you are qualified for, we will book another phone appointment to go over your pre-approval with you.
